Is there a way to receive old voicemails n text from a few wks ago? I might need thrm for court and very important!

Sorry bro I don't think so. You can call metro PCs and ask. But as far as I know. I don't believe so.

Easy Peasy but kinda down and dirty methods too.
For the VM, use a good Voice Recorder app, play the VM on Speaker and "tape" it that way. A good app can let you save as either a MP3 or MP4 file which you can then copy/send.
I looked on my Spirit and couldn't find the text files. More than one way to skin a cat.
Screen print the pages showing the text. You can then copy/send/print those .jpg files.
Take your phone into court with you if you do in case they want to see for sure they came from Your phone.

Obviously (and since you didn't state otherwise) I assumed in my above post that the VMs and texts are still on your phone.
If they aren't then you have to get them (if they still exist) from the Mothership. You subpoena them for the VM and/or texts. I am pretty sure you can even subpoena them your own self without an attorney say for a small claims court case.
