OMADM repair/replace

I hope I'm in the right forum for this question? Actually, this may not be an Android problem..but I don't know! Phone's OMADM has been a problem since I've gotten it, but lately, it's causing problems with WiFi connections. So, located the ver. 2 of this app and was wondering if it would install/run in Kk 4.2 or is there a way to repair the ver. 1.1? [Coolpad Arise 5560s--Kk 4.2, rooted--OMADM ver 1.1]

Have the oukitel 6000 pro.
Had 1 sim card in it and yesterday put a 2nd now its asking for a privacy protection password which I don't have.
Even now with 0 sim cards it is asking the same thing. If I have my working sim i can answer a call but thats all I can do.
any suggestions as to how I can remove this as i hav nearly lost my mind trying to figure this out please.
