OMG Help Me Remember the Name Of This Song!

Okay I have the Memory of a Goldfish, I have been trying to remember the name of this song for like a week now, I cant even remember the lyrics, lol

Okay the song is from the late 80's or 90's, and the video has like two or three people standing around with poster board with words on them, and they throw the boards behind them as the words are said.... or something like that... and I think they sing it kinda quickly..... I am sure I will wake up at like 3am, and scream out the name of the song, but for now, I cant remember nothin', lol

I want to say its by REM or something.. its a male band, and genre is the early form of alternative. Nope not TLC, :)

This is one of my fav songs. I'm an 80's-90's kid...lol Even tho I gravitated to hip hop, RnB, rap later on.....I miss the 80's...

The first time I saw this was at the end of this video.

yeah...... it was at the end of something wasnt it? heh I should know all this, I mean I was born in the 70's so I am pretty much a 80's 90's kinda gal, but yeah I like it all... depends on the day I suppose, lol
