Help OMG .. my DINC2 has slowed to a crawl

What can I do besides a factory reset? This thing has gotten so slow to respond - especially to phone dial commands. Whether I click on face icon in the People widget or simply click from the previous caller listing the default phone app sometimes the phone doesn't start dialing for 30 seconds. That's a long time.

Any clues as to why this might be happening?

Hmm..have you checked how much Ram is free?

Clear cache, uninstall unused apps, factory reset if necessary. I had a dinc 2 as well, same thing happened to me. Got a razr maxx hd last weekend. Couldnt be happier.

You don't say if you tried this, but pull the battery out for few seconds and then restart the phone. I've found that to help my soon to be x-DINC2 work better.

I had to factory reset. I tried clear cache to no avail.

Before reset it showed 134mb free. After reset and re-install of just about everything that was on it before, it shows 659mb free. Hmmmm...

I suspect Google Drive maybe syncing all files. Anyway, it works fine now. Factory reset wasn't the nightmare I was afraid it would be.
