Root Omg what did i do ?? Rooted now no apps work

I rooted correctly, then i was uninstalling a couple dumb metro pcs apps , i was trying to click on one and my touch wasnt registering so my dumb ass kept trying to click it . It froze then all of a sudden it went haywire and moved in turbo speed and deleted a bunch of stuff. I was trying to figure out what happened and couldnt so i tried to reverse what i did and i unrooted. i dont know if it really unrooted because the last thing the screen said was " device does not contain super user" so i unplugged it from my computer thinking it worked None of my apps work now My android market app Gmail , Google , None of them . I click them and it goes right back to the icon . What do i do ? Did i just fry my phone i just bought? I have the huawei m835 by the way . Someone plz help me

Flash the mate 35 rom. You deleted system applications that are the backbone of your network interface, aka you can't use data.
Since we have no idea exactly what you deleted its best to just flash a prerooted rom.

Its not doing anything . I downloaded the metro pcs package, connected my phone to the computer, powered down , the turned it on and while it was showing the white hauwei screen i held down the end button & the volume down button and clicked on the metro stock recovery script for windows , my phone didnt do anything , it powered up like normal , a black box popped up on the computer and it just says < waiting on device >

am i doing something wrong ? Am i supposed to hold both buttons at the same time ? Am i supposed to press and release or hold them till the phone does something ??
