my table says low battery (blinking) stays on for about 6 sec then turn off
 
So the battery is flat.

Assuming you've tried charging it, my guess is that there's a problem with your charger. Try a different one. If the charger uses a USB cable, you may just need to replace that (they're about $1 on ebay).
