Help On screen keyboard won't go away since update

I have been using a bluetooth keybaord for my tab but since the update, the onscreen keyboard comes up when I try to type. My bluetooth keyboard still works but it is super frustrating to have half of my screen being taken up. I tried to install null keyboard and it did not work.
