downloaded on screen phone and when I connect usb to computer with phone it says no usb.go to connectivity default and choose lg software but there is nothing there.lg mach boost mobile
 
Go to LG's site and download the drivers for your phone. Also watch your phone when it connects - it may be asking for permission to allow the computer to connect to it.
