Help Once a text/call received ...

my old Motorola would bleep at me every 5 mins to tell me I'd missed a call or a text, etc. I'm not very good on techie things, but was wondering if the X10 mini did something similar? So far, I'm missing loads of text messages because the "alert tone" is so short and it doesn't bleep at me for hours afterwards! Does anyone understand what I'm on about and can you help me please? Many thanks.

You could always change the alert tone for something louder or longer, but the 'Easy Reminder' app (via Market) has an option to re-alert you like your Motorola used to do in the good ol' days.

EDIT: QR for Easy Reminder app:

Many thanks - will give it a try x

Try this: Settings > Sound & Display > Media Volume (Crank it UP)... Also
Try this: Settings > Sound & Display > Notification Ringtone (Choose a louder Ringtome)......

You may want to use this App: Blink - Flash LED in your way (lets you customize the LED color)

While you are here: Settings > Sound & Display.. Make sure the Silent Mode is NOT checked...

Hope this helped, Good Luck!
