I write new game and new thread on this forum. Moderator join two different threat. This is illogical.
What does the one game to the other outside the author?

As Phases commented in the Minimum Requirements post:

This is to make the section a little less trashy and a little more useful.

This site sees dozens of "announcements" each day, so minimising the number of threads was seen as a logical way of keeping the signal/noise ratio manageable. It's certainly not perfect, but neither is a deluge of individual threads that rapidly scroll off the page (and out of the members' view).

In any case, this policy has been in place for over 4 years and is highlighted both in the Site Rules and the above-mentioned sub-forum "sticky", so it shouldn't have come as a surprise.
