One touch camera focus.

I miss the one touch focus and snap of previous Android releases. I have a Rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and do not like the auto focus and press on the the new 4.01. Does any body know of a camera app that has the one touch facility.

You mean just touching the shutter button causes to focus? Its still there. Just hit the shutter button without touching to focus

I mean. If I want to shoot and focus anywhere on the screen. So if I want to shoot and focus at the same time, lets say in the corner of the screen I just press once in the corner of the screen and ...bingo, both at the same time.

I dont think that's an Android feature but from the camera app of your old phone of whatever brand it was. I have Samsung devices ranged from 2.1 to 4.1 and none of them has that.

My Other mobile a Sony Experia Arc S worked that way until it upgraded to Ice Cream sandwich, then it stopped. Other people have mentioned it as well to me.
