One V accessories

thinking of case - wondering if these cases will interfere with signal reception, since the antenna filaments are through the back of the phone, and the bottom chin. As others have stated, mine gives me some signals. Hold the phone upside down, 2 bars. Hold it right-side-up, no signal.

I don't want anything to obstruct my signal.

(awesome forum btw - been browsing since yesterday)

Amazon is all out of the OtterBox right now. I've got a JKase on the way, just a cheap case, but I'll do a quick review when it gets here.

Speck also has a nice "pixelated" case, and Incipio has 2 different cases out.

Got my Otterbox today for my One V and I like it. At first I thought the fit of the inner silicone layer was a bit off on top, but after fitting it I realized it is cut that way allow the notification LED to be seen from both front and top views, as well as to avoid covering the speaker.

It's a tight fit and will give excellent protection as always, though I must say the One V is pretty tough on its own. Mine took a spill to the floor, doing some rough tumbling along the way. Not a scratch, no issues at all... But I feel alot better about it with an Otterbox on there.

It doesn't add much bulk to the phone, and it's still very light. It de-accents the chin a bit, but it's still there. All buttons are easily accessible, and the ports are covered with silicone doors.

I am not too impressed with the screen protector and will probably replace it with a Skinomi TechSkin. Of course since the One V has Gorilla Glass it's probably not really necessary... But overall I am happy with the Commuter.
