One X- Receiving SMS late on Orange

I received a HTC One X last week from Orange. Straight away it had a screen flicker but this seems to have been fixed with the new update:

Android Version: 4.0.3
HTC Sense Version - 4.0
Software Version: 1.29.061.11

Now when I receive texts some of them come through late. Out of 15 texts. Three where late:

1 - 30 mins late
2 - 1 hour late
3 - 21 hours late

Has anyone else had this problem with the One X or is it a problem with the Orange network. I've never had this problem before till I upgraded to the One X

Are there any other problems I should be watching out for?

I don't have this problem with T-Mobile so it might be an Orange thing.

How long has it been happening?

I first noticed it on Friday. But the week before I didn't spend many texts so I don't know if it was happening then.

Is there a list of all possible problems somewhere so I can run through and check them against my phone?

I'm on Orange and I have noticed this only once and I waited around 6-8 hours...

Never happened since though...

I also have a problem of some of my texts getting sent twice....

Do you use the Stock Messaging app or Third Party?

Stock messaging app. I'm wondering if it is the phone or Orange. Ive read of people having problems with not receiving sms notifications. But im not receiving the sms for hours. The notification is working fine.

Must be the phone. Download Handcent SMS and they are coming through straight away so far. Had this problem with my HTC Desire that it wouldnt receive MMS. Annoying HTC still haven't fixed SMS. Phone seems to have loads of lil bugs. How did it pass Testing? Whats point in a phone that cant send texts
