Help OnePlus One Wallpapers?

Hey everyone, I had a quick question for any OnePlus One users. Recently I updated to Cyanogen 12.1 from 12, and it lost this neat feature on the lockscreen, where it would blur the current app or screen where I left off until I unlocked it. Now, in 12.1 there seems to be no option to even change the wallpaper. Or is it somewhere hidden? Seems like a really simple feature....and with all these nightly updates, shouldn't it have been implemented by now? With Cyanogen, we always had an option to change wallpapers from the theme.apk, but since updating, the theme.apk now only holds wallpapers from currently installed themes, and I have no option to have just the blurred lockscreen, or even a picture of my own choice.

I've attached picture of my lockscreen. Right now, I've only found a way to make the wallpaper transparent. But it doesn't show my last application in the background. The second picture is what I see once I unlock, my homescreen. On cyanogen 12, I could see this page through my lockscreen, just blurred slightly. The third picture is what my theme.apk looks like after updating to 12.1. It's not what it used to be and is missing the wrench icon that usually allowed me to "delete" my wallpaper and make it blurry.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction!
