hi mine wont turn on either I have pressed the reset button held down the power buton but still wont turn on I brought mine from aldis about 6 mths ago I moved and lost receipt what can I do? to help it turn on I charged it for 1 day so its not the battery any help would be great I am so frustrated there is no help think companies would stand by there product or where u can send the tablet back to get fixed or replaced arrrr
