Only iconic have is a battery on my tablet

How do I restore my tablet when I have nothing to access. Help says app not installed, can't open settings and can't turn wifi on or bluetooth. Only thing the screen shows is a battery icon. it shows the percentage of battery being used for android os and wifi but that is all

In addition the usb otg nexus when connected shows the memory and files on it. I tried to copy and paste my files on to it ...no luck

Could be it's locked, and needs to synced with a JPay kiosk(only found in a jail), or JPay has to unlock it for you by sending it to them. That's what I've read on AF about these JP5 prison tablets.

yep those tablets are pretty locked down. not much you can do with these things. better to get a whole new tablet.
