only update through wifi connection

Hi

I don't have flat rate data plan, instead i pay for the amount of data transfered.

Therefore it would be nice if data synchronization could be set to only use wifi connection and not mobile data connection.

So the phone only uses the mobile data connection when I do something active with the phone.
