Why does my OnStar App NOT work?

When I first purchased my original RAZR, this application worked fine. After ICS, it stopped working.

I have downloading 3 updated apps with no luck.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.

It was a really nice app to have for my GMC vehicle. Just a bummer that I can't get it working

well its not ICS that did it because I upgraded from GB to ICS and my on* remote link app works fine.

Does it crash upon loading? Or what problems are you seeing?

If we can't help you here, try getting a hold of on* tech support via email or phone and maybe they can come up with a solution.

It accepts the login and password, but crashes during loading. Some message flashes real quick before the login screen reappears.

I had this same problem with a previous phone of mine, but all I did was uninstall and reinstall... but you said you have already tried that.

When you updated to ICS to you do a flash to factory settings for the "optimal" performance in updating? Cause that could have caused an issue... though I think your best option would be to contact onstar support.

Finally... I don't know what I did, but I was able to login and it is working.
