ooooops, I need some help....2.1

I downloaded and installed 2.1 and it worked great. It is what I did after that process that I screwed something up. I use MyBackupPro. I reinstalled my Apps and that went great! I decided to reload data and that is where the ooops comes in. Now my Contacts and Email don't work. I am betting I need to do a factory reset. If so, HOW?

Hold down the Home and Back at the same time and turn on the phone to reset.
