Open Browser to Bookmarks

First post; hopefully not a repeat of a previous one but I couldn't find anything that answered my question.

Is there a browser for Galaxy Tab 2 that can be set to open to bookmarks immediately, i.e. as the homepage? I'm not interested in using the bookmarks widget on my Tab's homescreen, but I'd like to have all my bookmarks visible at once (either as thumbnails or list) when I open the browser.

If you can save your bookmarks as an HTML file (some browsers do, some don't), open it in the browser. Then set the browser to open to the current page. (Opening the bookmarks directly from the browser and setting it to open to the current page won't work - Bookmarks isn't a page.)

One browser can display a bunch of bookmark pages as its home page.
