Open excel on galaxy note

Hi can anybody help, I need to download an app to allow me to open up an excel document on my onedrive. The problem is the Microsoft office mobile app on play store states that it is not compatible with this device. I downloaded onto my galaxy 3 phone without any problem.

Thanks for your help, I have now got it sorted a mate of mine copied across via bluetooth the installation file from his phone, and all is now ok. He did say that Microsoft are not keen on allowing this app on tablets they would rather you got a Microsoft surface tablet where it is all integrated.
