Hi

You need to have a carrier who includes mobile data in your plan. Then make sure the apn set up is correct (this is normally done by your carrier if they shipped the phone to you - if not ask the carrier for the apn settings and enter them manually). Then turn on mobile data on the phone in the settings section of the pull down notification bar
