Help "Open with" application selection

So, I can't seem to figure out how to change the "open with" selection options on certain screens. Like the contact list, added an address to a contact, then selected the map which prompted Google Maps, Waze, and one other application. I selected the option to "use this application always", how do I unselect which app prompt to use? Like I don't always want Google Maps to open, but now it does. Any ideas?

Go to settings, application manager, all tab and scroll to the app you have set as default , select it and then press clear defaults.
