Help Opening email attchments

Hi, did someone else experience problems opening email attachments with default internet browser? because till now I couldn't do that. I don't know if it is the browser or the office apps. that does not work? Thanks in advance for your replies!

Hello? Someone please help !
Everything is fine till I try to open or download attachments from https sites.
It shows downloading but nothing happens. It is the browser that cannot do that or what?
