Opening .htm docs on Hudl

[Android Question]

When I click on the .htm document attachment on my Hudl the following message appears "there was an error while decoding the message"

HTML rendering is a basic feature of smart phones/tablets. Do other .htm pages on the Internet open okay? I suspect the problem file is invalid or corrupted, or requires a plug-in you do not have installed on the Hudl. If you can, try transferring it to a known working computer and see if it opens.

The attachment opens OK on other devises to which it is sent.

[Mr. Lucky]

That's helpful, since it tells us the page itself is okay. Does the page require a plug-in that's not available on your tablet (like Flash or Silverlight)?

[jones125]

Thank you. That sounds like the reason. I'll try those "plug-ins" and get back to you.

Hi Mr Lucky
No, neither of those works

[Mr. Lucky]

Thanks for circling back, but I'm stumped. Can you share a link to the page, or to a copy of it (e.g., on Box, Dropbox)?

[jones125]

Do you mean you want me to send the attachment somewhere. The attachment is OK, it opens on my pc and on my Kindle. How do I "drop it"?
