Help Opening MP3 from Download History

GZ2525

Newbie
In my browser when I download an MP3 it takes me to the Download Viewer. When I try to open the MP3 in there it has SNES Lite as the default app. I have tried everything to clear this so that the MP3 will actually open up in the Music app to no avail. I looked at defaults in SNES Lite, Music, Browser, Download, basically everything.

I even uninstalled SNES Lite and it says "No Application available"

Anyone know what to do?

Thanks.

I just tried downloading an mp3 and it gave it a .txt file extension. If that is what is happening you can use Astro or another file explorer and go to the folder it was downloaded to and change the file extension back to .mp3.

It posts the correct extension it just has it setup to open with SNES Lite. Like I said, I've removed all instances of SNES Lite and it still won't open.

I even tried different ROMs

long press the file and it should present you with a choice of how ot open the file (as text, video, audio, etc.)
