Help Opening S Voice . . .

I know that I can open S Voice when the phone is locked or the screen is off by using the command "Hi Galaxy". That works fine on my N3.

But when I have the phone on and the screen on and I want to open S Voice that command does not work. Is that the way it should be or am I missing something in my settings. Seems that the only way I can open S Voice under these circumstances is to actually tap the S Voice app icon.

Double clicking the home button should do it.

Thanks for you reply. I knew that but was really hoping that I could do a voice command when the phone screen was on to activate S-Voice. I guess that is just not possible.
