Opening tif files

There are several best free viewer, I would recommend you to use Multi-TIFF Viewer.

I installed the app and it does indeed open tif files, unfortunately there isn't an option to then go and save or convert the image.

I was reading that pixlr photo editor should be able to open tif files but even though I had the current version it wouldn't open tif files, any ideas on this?

I know I could do a screenshot but that would lower the image quality would it not?
