Opera Mobile 11.5 - 0% data saving issue

Been using Opera Mobile 11.5 for the past few days. I have OperaTurbo set to on, when not on WiFi. Problem is that it is not saving me any data. It reports 0% data savings. Is the service country specific? Anyone else having this issue?

I noticed that as well. I generally don't use Opera Mobile on my phone. I usually use Opera Mini. On my tablet, I use Opera Mobile, but I'm on WiFi so the lack of data saving is not an issue for me. By the way, I'm in Canada.

Opera Mini generally gives me over 80% data savings.

I think it is a carrier issue. I used it on WiFi and enable turbo and Opera reported 57% data saving after I did a bit of surfing.
