Opinions on Android word processors

Hi guys, I've been thinking about the most cost effective way of dealing with developing needs.
I own an S3 but have found myself needing a device to take to school that has a word processor on. Does anybody know of any apps on the Play store that would suit my needs or am I going to have to wait for Samsung's windows tablet so that I can have Office? I was considering selling my S3 and getting the Note II which would make interacting with a word processor much easier.

Thoughts and opinions?

did you try google docs?

also Documents To Go, quickoffice pro

Kingsoft office - I haven't used it much, but it seems pretty full featured for a free office suite.

If you're really thinking of word processing though, would a cheap laptop be a better solution, physical keyboard, larger screen? Personally, I feel I can type decently quickly on my phone with enough autocorrect, but not as fast as I could on a computer keyboard, especially if I make a mistake and have to correct, use an outline, or format notes into something more coherent, especially while trying to listen to a lecture.
