M mizunox Lurker Jun 25, 2009 #2 640x480 should be fine.. try using a different program for the conversion. I use handbrake (it's available for linux, mac and windows). Load the iphone presets, then convert away. Video plays flawlessly for me. http://handbrake.fr/?article=download
