Im due an upgrade now and am waiting patiently to find out when its released, which is supposedly sometime this month here in the UK.

Whats the screen like in direct sunlight?

Is the external speaker any good?

Looking at getting this with my next upgrade.

Theres a few people on the xda forums who have pre release units (software not finished), and they seem to be really impressed with them. GSMArena is also doing a preview right now - LG Optimus 3D blesses our office with its stereoscopic presence, the preview is already in the works [VIDEO]

Now it's released oversea. It should be coming to AT&T as Thrill 4G but its forum here looks awfully quiet. Bionic might be like this with bigger RAM? But Optimus 3D has faster dual channel memory.
