Optimus elite charging problems

Hi, I'm new to this site. I just recently purchased an Optimus elite and when I plug it in to charge, it charges very very slow. (1 or 2 percent per hour) I was wondering if this is normal for the first time charging it or if I should exchange it for a different one

Hello and welcome aboard. That doesn't seem normal. It should either be half charge or further. I would recommend replacing it.
