orange 2.3.4 on Sensation?

Does anyone know when orange will get round to releasing 2.3.4? Every other network has it, but surprise surprise they are behind agaain!!

Im on Orange and had the update a few days after it was released. Have got an unbranded phone if that makes a difference.

In fairness, the update hasn't made any major changes

It seems to me that users of phones tied to Orange have given up expecting updates after the long delays for previous updates to Android. Orange just don't seem to see updates as a priority, preferring to concentrate on getting new business in.

ahhh fail. I couldn't be bothered waiting for Orange to finish customising Sense and adding their bloatware to the Sensation XE so I got mine SIM free from phones4u - sounds like it was the right move.

Just finished installing mine about 30 minutes ago - Orange branded.
Excellent - I'd pretty much got used to the idea of waiting 6 months plus for it...

well this prompted me to have a look at how to upgrade and found software updates in settings - clicked check now - and it is now upgrading to something that was 44mb in size ?!?!

I have 2.3.4
Build Number: 1.73.401.2.CL161971
Software Number: 1.73.401.2

but my wife has a build number and software number of 1.35.61.1 just wondering why the difference
