Orange bill excessive

Wow that is truley a good deal. What network are you on?

I'm on Vodafone, but I think the good deal was mostly because I bought it via a 3rd party phone company. Luckily the deal was "Unlimited Internet" with no mention of any cap in any of the T&Cs, so if they try to renege on it I can get them!

The other bonus is my hero isn't locked to a network, since it's not formally available on Vodagone.

Can anybody comment on how strict Orange are with the fair use policy on the new unlimited (not really) data package.

500mb is plenty for general phone usage but I would like to use spotify which is a different matter.

They said to me once it was capped to 750mb, second it was apparently capped to 500mb, BUT on their terms and conditions it states 1gb (Dolphin unlimited weekends and evenings) , ive gone over this bout 5 times in this month alone , they WONT start charging you if you go over this "Limit" they will give you 4 written warning through the post first to tell you to cut down otherwise you will incure charges in the future, ive said to them during my 4 months with them that ive used alot in data and could i get a warning soon , they just said that in the time this particular CS rep has been there (5 years) they have never seen anyone get charged or told off for excessive data usage. I say if your paying for it............ use it !
