Orange San Francisco wont mount as USB

I have an SD card in, but when I connect to my computer the phone charges but does not mount.

I recently unblocked the phone using the code from nextgenserver if that makes a difference
 
When you plug it in, does it come up with an icon in the notification bar? You should be able to click that and you can change the type (charge only, connect to pc etc)
 
settings/application/development usb degugging - set tick on or off as appropriate for USB drive or tethering
