Root Orange UK MMS Villian 5.3

In my APN settings I have a green light next to my data APN settings but not my MMS , I cant download MMS's

Could some one give me a full list of their working Orange UK pay monthly MMS settings please

Or suggest a fix

Will the 3.2 fix work for 5.3 ?

According to this post it should work. I guess as they are both CDMA 2.1 it makes sense. You might want to take look through the whole thread as it's specifically discussing the MMS issues in the 5 series.

The green light in the MMS APN settings is missing in Villain5.2 as well. I have just updated to 5.3, then decided to test my 5.2 Nandroid backup by restoring it. It restores fine, and I thought I'd check to see if the green light was there ... it isn't.

Well, I've had 4 goes at doing that following those instructions and using the SDK toolkit with adb.
Still can't get / send MMS and no green light in the APN page.

Over to you guys

Doesn't say whether you have to reboot the phone with it still plugged in or not.

I'm having the same issue. The only difference is that ny network is Three, not Orange.

Blimy they move quickly and with OTA updates as well . I know what I'll be doing when I get home.

I was gonna until I saw andy d's post in the other thread about it taking his internal memory down from 143 to 70 something !!!!!!!
