Hold up. Like the Original Moto X? Released in 2013? They still sell those? I'm sure if you already had one it works ok, but don't kid yourself, it works just ok. Though, I feel you, the Moto X is my favorite phone that I've ever owned. Regret switching to the second gen Moto X a year later. It was good, but not as great as the OG Moto X.Again, no MicroSD slot. Google does not care what you want. The price for this phone is outrageous. No thanks, I think I will pickup a spare MotoX Pure for $299.00
I couldn't care less about external storage. The world has moved on.
Excited to get my hands on one on release day! preordered from CPW, hope they deliver, they are being very vague on what stock they will actually have on the 20th.
So patiently wait for google to call my number to order an XL while my note 7 tries to kill me....or suck it up and order one from VZW/Best Buy with associated bloatware?
My suggestion:
- Get rid of the Note 7 right away - not worth the risk.
- If you want a Pixel, and don't want a locked bootloader, use your old phone (If you still have it). If you don't have it, consider buying a cheap/dumb-phone till you get a Pixel
- If you want a Pixel, and can live with a locked bootloader, get the Verizon version - in the interim, use your old phone or get a cheap/dumb-phone
- If you don't want a Pixel - get whatever phone you want
Those keep coming in and out of stick You can set up alerts at http://www.nowinstock.net/electronics/mobilephones/unlocked/googlepixel/Looking forward to getting the quite black 128giger coming from a note5 and couldn't get a note7 team... waiting patiently for a restock any idea when?

You may also want to explore the option of buying it from Project Fi instead (please double check to make sure you don't get billed for Fi Service - from what I've read, your phone arrives unactivated, and you start your service if/when you plug in your Fi SIM. But double check with Fi team before you order)
From where?Inventory changes all thru' the day. My co-worker was able to order the black 128GB XL last night. This morning, the 128GB silver XL was available
