Organization

I'm a fairly new user to Android. I love all of the apps, but am not as organized when it comes to putting them in some order. Can someone suggest an app, method, or something that can help me organize all of my apps? Thanks!

Make folders and throw apps that are alike into them?
In one that I labeled, "Productivity" I put my MS Office apps, calendar, inventory etc.

Agreed. I use an app called "Apps organizer". It does what it says. You create folders, with your own pictures for each folder, title them and place the apps in the folders. (You can have the same app in multiple folders.) You then place the folders on the home screens. I hardly go into my app drawer now.
