Orientation - face down with silent mode

Created a profile for orientation - facedown and then the task is silent mode - vibrate. When I test it with the phone on, it works perfectly. But when the screen is off (sleep), it does not work.

I was looking through the preferences and I see timing stuff for when the screen is off, but I am not sure if that's something I should mess with as I figure it impacts the battery.

Any suggestions?

In your preferences, in the Monitor tab, what are your settings under 'Display Off Monitoring', specifically the Accelerometer setting?

Force it to Yes.

And yes, it will have an impact on your battery life.

Just to add, without changing the settings, it should work if the display is on lock screen, as in, press your power button to activate the display (if it was asleep / off) then put down face down. :)
