Original Android

Hello.
How can I install an original Android (or come back to factory settings) from an old version of a ROM (Cyanogenmod with TWRP recovery)?
Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but am going to assume you mean that you want to restore the phone to its official software.

"Factory reset" just erases user-installed apps and data, so won't restore your original ROM. You need to download a set of official software and flash that. Where you will find that software will depend on what manufacturer, what country and possibly whether it was a network version of the device or not. What tools you need to flash it will depend on the manufacturer. So without knowing exactly what device you have (at the minimum the manufacturer and full model number, country and possibly the carrier it was originally sold to may also matter) we can't say anything more than that.

Most likely they are security patch levels.

Exactly this.

Google pushes out monthly patches for the supported life of Nexus/Pixel devices. The Nexus 5 is now end-of-life and won't be receiving further updates, so you want to be on the last build listed.

I wondered if it was security patch related, but because only the last two 6.0.1 builds included this information, I wasn't sure about the others.

Use Wugfresh's Nexus Tool Kit. You can revert back to the firmware of your choice, with or without root, recovery, or locked bootloader. The tool kit automatically fetches all of the files you need. It's very easy to use.

If you're on CM12 or above, avoid reverting back to KitKat.
