I updated my MotoDroid to 2.1 and have noticed some lag in performance. Specifically, when adding a shortcut, it takes quite a while for the applications list to come up. Also, the ereader app (from ebooks for your iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile Smartphone, Palm Treo and Centro, Symbian Mobile Phones and more - Over 60,000 Titles and counting!) lags when scrolling through bookmarks. Admittedly, these are small inconveniences, but I was wondering if such lagging issues are universal and whether there is a remedy.
