OS got crashed

I have bought a new Sony Xperia ARC S mobile today. While upgrading the OS unfortunately my USB got disconnected. From then I am not able to view the start up screen. Even I switch it ON again and again I am not able to see anything. I am getting a screen with symbol SONY and no more display just a black screen. Can someone help me with this.
