I'm betting it'll skip 4.3 and get 4.4, unless 4.3 is already in the pipe. Hopefully since the N5 is based on this phone (rumoredly) LG is already cranking on 4.4 for the G2.
I wouldn't bank on any devices outside of getting 4.4 this year outside of Nexus or GPE devices due to when it was released. However 4.3 seems like a realistic possibility depending on how far along LG was before releasing the device.
