OT - B&N Nook Color

Sooooo I broke down and succombed to the tablet pressure. Course the Nook Color isn't much of a tablet until it's rooted.

Anyone else thinking about tablets?

Ive almost bought a few tablets. I keep considering some of the cheap chinese tablets, or maybe a pseudo cheapo tablet like the Archos 101 or something, but I think I'll wait until they start shipping with honeycomb. I just want one to use as an e-reader and occasional web browser.

Sounds like you'd be a good candidate for a Nook Color.

Got a Nook Color for Christmas and it was rooted 2 minutes after it was out of the box. I use it extensively and rely on it for notes and such for work, reference material reading and playing games. Best gift I have ever gotten.

Course it's OC'd to 1100mhz, scored 2300 on quadrant too. Yes I know it doesn't really mean much but I had to throw it out there.
