OTA broke my texts

Since the last OTA update my text notification isn't working correctly. It'll give me a notification but it won't stay. So the only way I know that I have a text is if I'm looking at the phone when I receive it or go into my text messages app and look. There's no ongoing notification.

Install a different messaging app from the play store. Textra works great and set it as your default messaging app and you should be good

Well textra notifications worked for about an hour then they quit

What app for notifications is that screen shot? That may be the root cause of the issue...

I must be using an older version of it because my textra settings look nothing like that.
I find it odd that multiple messaging apps are doing this.
How about this, install nova launcher and Tesla unread from the play store and set it up for Tesla for your unread badges and see what happens....
