It's about freakin' time the Strat got an update... of course it occurs after I got rid of mine.

Let the mad dash to return to stock ensue to get the OTA!

I received the update. The only noticeable thing so far is that it enabled "Callback" on my text messages, so everything I sent had CB# xxx on it.

Also, Google Talk now has video enabled.

Whatev...

The reason I said just another tease was that I also have a Thrive and they kept announcing ICS and then they kept pushing back the update. They finally came though so that was the reason for the comment. I'm sure that Samsung will be more diligent then Toshiba but we still have to rely on Verizon to get it done.

Was just playing my friend. Thought that was a good place to let you guys know about the 2nd version of this device if you didn't know already.

I have gotten the update and besides a minor improvement to the touch response and a slightly improved answer incoming call screen everything else doesn't make a difference. What does happen is you lose scrolling wallpapers. The launcher doesn't notify when the home-screen changes anymore so no apps can fix it. At least not as of the time of this posting. I have tried Golauncher etc. but I couldn't get it to do what I wanted, although admittedly I didn't try for very long. Any devs got any other ideas?
