OTA Provisioning project

Hi

I am about to develop a android application. Which need to Complete the OTA provisioning configuration flow.

For Example if I need to enable MMS to mydevice

If the device get a SMS to activate MMS to the device. then if the subscriber accept the SMS to install or activate MMS to the device, then I need to give a wizard to the subscriber to follow the steps to complete the MMS installation.

I mean I must be able to read the OTA provisioning data and configure the device if the subscriber allow to install MMS.

What is the online documents avaialbe to make such a application to android handsets. Or are there any model application to follow.
