Root [OTA] upadate for CID VODAP 102 version 3.16.16.160

I've HTC One S with S4 CID VODAP 102.
SOme day go I received this advice:

How can I find the direct link to HTC server to download this OTA via PC?
Or Can I find this OTA in my device (no root)?.

you cannot download it to the PC directly,that i know of.

if you were rooted,you could easily use root explorer or an equivalent root only file manaer to look in the /cache folder. IIRC,youll find the OTAPkg in a folder inside cache called "lost and found". you can copy and paste it to your sd card,and be able to retrieve it later with the PC.

unfortunately,i do not believe you can get it if youre not rooted.tho you could certainly try. maybe it would let you copy the file without root permissions in a read only file.

I found the solution.
I downloaded the OTA without install it in my phone.
I found it in download folder (no necessary root).
Is name is OTA_Ville_U_JB_45_S_Vodafone_UK_3.16.161.10-3.16.161.9_release_314595ks2c3r4s9728x22k.zip

so you downloaded from the OTA prompt and it appeared in your download folder? cant say i have ever foud it there! maybe it is extracted from there and moved at some point after the download.
