Help OTA update and green arrow circle

Hey guys,

Just got my new One X and love the look of it. Problem is when doing the update, I've been on the sreen with the two green arrows circling another arrow for a while. Is this normal?

Do you have it plugged in? the update stops for some reason if you have the phone charging, pull out the usb lead and the update should continue

Yeah this solves the issue. Same thing happened to me. Unplugging it worked.
